Reception staff imaju važnu ulogu u organizaciji prijema gostiju tokom EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Njihov zadatak je da dočekaju posetioce, goste, partnere, delegacije i druge učesnike, pruže osnovne informacije i pomognu pri njihovom usmeravanju. U zavisnosti od konkretnog angažmana, osoblje na recepciji može proveravati spiskove gostiju, pružati informacije o programu, upućivati goste prema salama i prostorima ili pomagati pri registraciji. Ljubaznost, profesionalnost, uredan izgled i dobra komunikacija su veoma važni. Poželjno je dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika, posebno u međunarodnim paviljonima i tokom poslovnih događaja. Reception staff treba da budu smireni i organizovani čak i kada je veliki broj gostiju prisutan istovremeno. Od kandidata se očekuje tačnost, odgovornost i sposobnost rada u timu. Ova pozicija je posebno značajna jer recepcija često predstavlja prvi direktni kontakt gosta sa određenim paviljonom, kompanijom ili događajem.

Reception staff play an important role in welcoming guests and supporting the daily operation of EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Their responsibilities may include welcoming visitors, guests, partners and delegations, providing basic information and directing people to the appropriate areas. Depending on the assignment, reception staff may check guest lists, provide programme information, direct visitors to meeting rooms or exhibition areas, and assist with registration. Professional communication, a friendly attitude, a neat appearance and good organisational skills are essential. English language skills are highly desirable, particularly in international pavilions and during business events. Reception staff should remain calm and professional even during busy periods when many guests arrive at the same time. Reliability, punctuality, responsibility and teamwork are expected. Because reception is often the first direct point of contact, professional reception staff can contribute significantly to a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and official guests.
