Vođa smene je osoba koja tokom određene smene koordinira rad manjeg ili većeg tima zaposlenih na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Njegov zadatak je da proveri prisustvo članova tima, rasporedi osoblje na predviđena radna mesta, prati realizaciju zadataka i obavesti koordinatora ili menadžera o eventualnim problemima. Vođa smene treba da bude odgovoran, organizovan, komunikativan i sposoban da donosi operativne odluke u okviru svojih ovlašćenja. Važno je da ume da komunicira sa različitim profilima zaposlenih i da održava profesionalnu atmosferu u timu. Engleski jezik je poželjan zbog komunikacije sa međunarodnim predstavnicima i gostima. Pozicija može biti posebno značajna u velikim paviljonima i tokom događaja sa velikim brojem posetilaca. Vođa smene treba da vodi računa o tačnosti, profesionalnosti i pravilnom izvršavanju zadataka tokom cele smene.

The Shift Leader is responsible for coordinating a team of staff members during a specific shift at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Their responsibilities may include checking staff attendance, assigning team members to their designated positions, monitoring daily tasks and reporting operational issues to the coordinator or manager. A Shift Leader should be responsible, organised, communicative and capable of making practical decisions within their assigned responsibilities. Good communication with different types of staff members is essential, as well as the ability to maintain a professional and cooperative team environment. English language skills are desirable because the role may involve communication with international representatives and visitors. The position can be particularly important in large pavilions and during events with high visitor numbers. The Shift Leader helps ensure that staff arrive on time, remain at their assigned positions and complete their responsibilities professionally throughout the entire shift.
