A Stagehand at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may provide practical and operational support during the preparation and delivery of programs and events. Responsibilities can include preparing the stage, moving equipment and props, positioning promotional elements, assisting performers and cooperating with technical and production teams. Depending on the type of program, Stagehands may help with set changes between performances, prepare areas for speakers, musicians, dancers and other performers, and keep backstage areas organized. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable of performing the required tasks, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team. Following production instructions and applicable safety procedures is particularly important. The position may involve different shifts, including early mornings, evenings and work after a program has finished. Experience in concerts, theatre, festivals or event production can be an advantage, although specific requirements depend on the organizer and type of assignment.
