Producent događaja na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA može biti angažovan za planiranje, organizaciju i realizaciju različitih događaja, programa, prezentacija, ceremonija i specijalnih aktivnosti. Producent povezuje različite timove i vodi računa o tome da se planirani program realizuje u skladu sa dogovorenim konceptom, rasporedom i operativnim zahtevima. Njegove aktivnosti mogu uključivati komunikaciju sa klijentima, izvođačima, dobavljačima, tehničkim ekipama, paviljonima, medijima i drugim partnerima. Potrebno je pratiti rokove, budžetske i organizacione elemente, raspored učesnika i tehničke zahteve programa. Kandidat treba da poseduje iskustvo u event produkciji, odlične organizacione sposobnosti, komunikativnost i sposobnost rešavanja problema. Na velikom međunarodnom događaju posebno su važni fleksibilnost i sposobnost koordinacije velikog broja ljudi. Producent može biti uključen u pripremu programa pre početka događaja, kao i u njegovu realizaciju tokom samog EXPO perioda.

An Event Producer at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering different events, programs, presentations, ceremonies and special activities. The Producer connects different teams and helps ensure that each planned program is delivered according to the agreed concept, schedule and operational requirements. Responsibilities may include communication with clients, performers, suppliers, technical teams, pavilions, media representatives and other partners. The Producer may also monitor deadlines, organizational and budget-related elements, participant schedules and technical requirements. Candidates should have experience in event production, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to solve problems efficiently. In a large international event environment, flexibility and the ability to coordinate numerous people and tasks are particularly important. The Producer may be involved both in the preparation phase before the event and in the operational delivery of programs throughout the EXPO period.
