Koordinator produkcije na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA može biti zadužen za svakodnevnu koordinaciju produkcionih aktivnosti i povezivanje različitih timova uključenih u realizaciju programa. Može koordinisati rasporede izvođača, tehničkih ekipa, scenografije, opreme, prostora i drugih elemenata potrebnih za realizaciju događaja. Koordinator produkcije može komunicirati sa producentom, stage managerom, tehničkim osobljem, paviljonima i eksternim dobavljačima. Njegova uloga je da prati plan i da na vreme uoči potencijalne probleme koji mogu uticati na realizaciju programa. Kandidat treba da bude veoma organizovan, precizan, komunikativan i sposoban da radi više zadataka istovremeno. Iskustvo u organizaciji događaja, koncertima, festivalima, konferencijama ili drugim velikim produkcijama može biti značajna prednost. S obzirom na međunarodno okruženje, poznavanje engleskog jezika može biti potrebno za svakodnevnu komunikaciju sa partnerima i članovima međunarodnih timova.

A Production Coordinator at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may coordinate day-to-day production activities and connect the different teams involved in delivering event programs. Responsibilities may include coordinating performer schedules, technical teams, stage areas, equipment, spaces and other elements required for successful event delivery. The Production Coordinator may communicate with the Event Producer, Stage Manager, technical personnel, pavilion teams and external suppliers. An important part of the role is monitoring the production plan and identifying potential issues before they affect the program. Candidates should be highly organized, accurate, communicative and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time. Experience in event organization, concerts, festivals, conferences or other large productions can be a significant advantage. Because the working environment is international, English language skills may be required for communication with international partners and team members.
