Tehnički koordinator na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA može povezivati tehničke timove, produkciju, organizatore i druge službe koje učestvuju u realizaciji događaja. Njegova uloga može obuhvatati koordinaciju tehničkih zahteva za scene, konferencije, prezentacije, multimedijalne programe i druge aktivnosti. Tehnički koordinator može pratiti raspored postavljanja opreme, komunikaciju između tehničkih ekipa i organizatora, kao i pravovremenu pripremu prostora. Ne mora nužno sam obavljati svaki tehnički zadatak, ali treba da razume potrebe različitih tehničkih sektora i da zna kome treba proslediti određeni zahtev. Organizovanost, preciznost, odgovornost i sposobnost brzog rešavanja problema veoma su značajne osobine. Iskustvo sa AV sistemima, rasvetom, ozvučenjem, scenom, video produkcijom ili velikim događajima može biti prednost. Svi tehnički poslovi i aktivnosti obavljaju se u skladu sa pravilima organizatora i odgovarajućim bezbednosnim procedurama.

A Technical Coordinator at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may connect technical teams, production staff, organizers and other departments involved in delivering events and programs. Responsibilities can include coordinating technical requirements for stages, conferences, presentations, multimedia programs and other activities. The Technical Coordinator may monitor equipment installation schedules, communication between technical crews and organizers, and the timely preparation of event spaces. The role does not necessarily require the person to perform every technical task personally, but the candidate should understand the needs of different technical departments and know how to direct specific requests to the appropriate team. Organization, accuracy, responsibility and effective problem-solving are important qualities. Experience with AV systems, lighting, sound, staging, video production or large events can be an advantage. All technical activities should be performed according to organizer requirements and applicable safety procedures.
