Menadžer prostora na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA može biti odgovoran za svakodnevnu organizaciju i funkcionisanje određenog prostora, sale, zone, paviljona ili event lokacije. Njegov posao može uključivati koordinaciju osoblja, kontrolu rasporeda događaja, komunikaciju sa produkcijom, tehničkim timovima, obezbeđenjem, cateringom i drugim službama. Menadžer prostora treba da vodi računa da je prostor pripremljen za predviđeni program i da se aktivnosti odvijaju prema dogovorenom rasporedu. U slučaju problema, potrebno je brzo pronaći odgovarajuće rešenje ili uključiti nadležni tim. Kandidat treba da bude iskusan u organizaciji događaja, komunikativan, odgovoran i sposoban za rad pod pritiskom. A Venue Manager at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may be responsible for the daily organization and operation of a specific venue, hall, zone, pavilion or event area. Responsibilities may include coordinating staff, monitoring event schedules and communicating with production teams, technical personnel, security, catering and other services. The Venue Manager should ensure that the space is properly prepared for the planned program and that activities take place according to the agreed schedule. When an operational issue occurs, the manager should identify an appropriate solution or involve the responsible department. Candidates should have event-management experience, strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work under pressure. Situational awareness, time management and the ability to coordinate several different departments are particularly important. This position can be valuable in a large EXPO environment where several events and activities may be taking place at the same time.
