Asistent Green Room-a može biti angažovan za podršku izvođačima, govornicima, gostima, umetnicima i drugim učesnicima programa koji čekaju svoj nastup ili uključivanje u program na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Njegove aktivnosti mogu obuhvatati doček učesnika, proveru rasporeda, komunikaciju sa produkcijom, pomoć oko organizacije prostora, usmeravanje gostiju i pravovremeno obaveštavanje učesnika kada treba da se pripreme za izlazak na scenu. Posebno su važni ljubaznost, diskrecija, organizovanost i sposobnost rada sa međunarodnim gostima. Asistent Green Room-a sarađuje sa backstage timom, stage managerom i producentima kako bi učesnici imali jasne informacije i podršku tokom programa.
ENGLISH:
A Green Room Assistant may be engaged to support performers, speakers, guests, artists and other participants waiting for their appearance or participation in programs at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA. Duties may include welcoming participants, checking schedules, communicating with the production team, helping organize the Green Room, directing guests and informing participants when they need to prepare for the stage. Courtesy, discretion, organization and the ability to work with international guests are particularly important. The Green Room Assistant works closely with backstage staff, stage managers and producers to ensure that participants receive clear information and practical support throughout the program.
