Agency SNOB is pleased to present to the Hellenic Republic its proposal for cooperation regarding the casting, selection, staffing, recruitment support and professional personnel placement for the Greece Pavilion at EXPO 2027 Belgrade.
Established in 2011, Agency SNOB has experience in event staffing, hostess and promoter services, professional casting, personnel selection and the organization of staff for corporate events, exhibitions, international events and promotional projects.
We can support the Greece Pavilion in identifying and selecting professional, presentable, reliable and multilingual personnel who can contribute to a high-quality visitor experience and the professional representation of Greece throughout EXPO 2027.
Our objective is to provide a flexible, transparent and efficient staffing solution, tailored to the operational requirements of the Greece Pavilion.

DEDICATED CASTING FOR THE GREECE PAVILION
Agency SNOB can organize a dedicated casting specifically for the Greece Pavilion, based on the official brief, staffing plan and selection criteria provided by the organizer.
The selection process may include:
- candidate pre-selection;
- CV and professional experience screening;
- language skills verification;
- individual interviews;
- online interviews;
- assessment of communication skills;
- assessment of professionalism and presentation;
- creation of a candidate shortlist;
- presentation of photographs and CVs;
- additional selection rounds if required;
- coordination of selected candidates.
The casting can be organized in Belgrade or online, depending on the requirements of the project.

TWO COOPERATION MODELS
To provide the Hellenic Republic with maximum flexibility and transparency, Agency SNOB offers two possible cooperation models.
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT OF THE STAFF
If the Greece Pavilion wishes to pay the selected personnel directly, Agency SNOB can provide the following services:
Casting + Selection + Intermediation + Engagement Coordination
Under this model, the selected personnel are paid directly by the client.
Agency SNOB charges only a service and intermediation fee of:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
The EUR 10 daily service fee applies only to candidates who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
No daily service fee is charged for candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged.
This model allows the client to maintain a simple, transparent and easily controlled cost structure.
OPTION 2 – FULL PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT BY AGENCY SNOB
Alternatively, the Greece Pavilion may entrust Agency SNOB with the complete organization and management of the required personnel.
Under this model, in addition to casting, selection and intermediation, Agency SNOB can provide the agreed administrative and organizational services related to personnel management.
The client pays Agency SNOB:
Personnel costs + Administrative & Organizational Management + Agency Commission
Under this model, the agency commission is higher, reflecting the additional administrative and organizational responsibilities undertaken by Agency SNOB.
The final cost depends on factors such as:
- number of personnel;
- duration of engagement;
- daily working hours;
- position and job description;
- level of responsibility;
- required experience;
- language requirements;
- shift organization;
- weekend and public holiday work;
- and any additional requirements of the Greece Pavilion.

Team Leaders, Supervisors and Coordinators responsible for the daily organization of personnel and shifts.
MULTILINGUAL PERSONNEL FOR EXPO 2027
The ability to communicate effectively with an international audience is an important element of a successful national pavilion at a major international exhibition.
Agency SNOB can therefore provide personnel with language skills including:

Language proficiency can be verified during the casting and selection process.

B. Full personnel management by Agency SNOB, including personnel costs and an agency commission adapted to the scope of services required.
