DEDICATED CASTING FOR THE JAPAN PAVILION
Agency SNOB can organize a dedicated casting process for the Japan Pavilion, based on the official project brief, staffing plan and agreed selection criteria.
The casting and selection process may include:

TWO COOPERATION MODELS
To provide maximum flexibility and transparency, Agency SNOB offers two possible cooperation models.
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO STAFF
If the Japan Pavilion prefers to pay the selected personnel directly, Agency SNOB provides:
Casting + Selection + Mediation + Staff Coordination
Under this model, the client pays the selected personnel directly.
Agency SNOB charges only for the staffing mediation and organizational service:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
The EUR 10 daily fee applies only to individuals who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
No daily fee is charged for candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged.
This model provides the client with a simple, transparent and easily controllable cost structure.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT THROUGH AGENCY SNOB
Alternatively, the Japan Pavilion can entrust Agency SNOB with the complete organization and coordination of the required personnel.
Under this model, in addition to casting, selection and mediation, Agency SNOB can provide agreed administrative and organizational services related to staff management.
The client pays:
Staff Costs + Administrative & Organizational Staffing Management + Agency Commission
Under this model, the agency commission is higher, as Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational and administrative responsibilities.
The final cost depends, among other factors, on:
- Number of staff members
- Project duration
- Working hours per day
- Position and level of responsibility
- Required professional experience
- Language requirements
- Shift organization
- Weekend and public holiday work
- Additional requirements of the Japan Pavilion

Team Leaders, Supervisors and Coordinators responsible for the daily organization of personnel and shifts.
PREMIUM & VIP STAFFING
For a national pavilion representing Japan, Agency SNOB can provide personnel specifically selected for premium, corporate and VIP environments.

B. Full staffing management through Agency SNOB, including personnel costs and an agency commission determined according to the scope and nature of the required services.
