TWO COOPERATION MODELS
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO STAFF
If the national pavilion or official organization prefers to pay the selected personnel directly, Agency SNOB provides:
Casting + Selection + Mediation + Staff Coordination
Under this model, the client pays the selected personnel directly.
Agency SNOB charges:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
This fee applies only to personnel who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
No daily fee is charged for candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged.
This model provides a simple, transparent and easily controllable cost structure for international pavilion teams.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT THROUGH AGENCY SNOB
Alternatively, the pavilion can entrust Agency SNOB with the organization and coordination of the required personnel.
Under this model, Agency SNOB can provide:
Casting + Selection + Staffing + Coordination + Administrative Support
The client pays:
Staff Costs + Administrative & Organizational Staffing Management + Agency Commission
The agency commission is higher under this model because Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational and administrative responsibilities.
