Founded in 2011, Agency SNOB specializes in event staffing, hostesses, promoters, casting, multilingual personnel, VIP and protocol staff, exhibition staffing and international event support.
We can organize a dedicated casting for the Malta Pavilion, selecting candidates according to the official requirements and operational needs of the pavilion.

DEDICATED CASTING
The casting process may include:
CV Screening → Interviews → Language Assessment → Candidate Presentation → Shortlist → Final Selection → Staff Coordination
Casting can be organized in Belgrade, online or in coordination with international partners.
TWO COOPERATION MODELS
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO STAFF
If the Malta Pavilion wishes to pay selected personnel directly, the client pays the selected staff members directly.
Agency SNOB charges only:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
This fee applies only to personnel who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT
Agency SNOB can also manage the complete staffing process:
Casting + Selection + Staffing + Coordination + Administrative Support
Under this model, the agency commission is higher because Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational and administrative responsibilities.
