DEDICATED CASTING FOR THE NEW ZEALAND PAVILION
Agency SNOB can organize a dedicated casting process based on the official project brief and staffing requirements.
The process may include:
CV Screening → Interviews → Language Assessment → Communication Assessment → Candidate Shortlist → Final Selection → Staff Coordination
Casting can be organized in Belgrade, online or through a combined process.
Separate castings can be organized for:

TWO COOPERATION MODELS
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO STAFF
If the New Zealand Pavilion prefers to pay selected personnel directly, the client pays the engaged staff members directly.
Agency SNOB charges:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
This fee applies only to personnel who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
No daily agency fee is charged for candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged.
This provides the pavilion with a simple, transparent and cost-efficient cooperation model.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT
Agency SNOB can alternatively manage the complete staffing process:
Casting + Selection + Staffing + Coordination + Administrative Support
Under this model, the client pays the staff costs together with an Agency SNOB commission.
The commission is higher because Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational and administrative responsibilities.
