Staff may welcome guests, provide information about the lounge and program, assist with meeting arrangements, guide visitors and cooperate with organizers and management. A professional appearance, discretion, communication skills and the ability to work with international guests are important. English language skills are highly desirable, while additional languages may be required depending on the profile of business visitors. Business Lounge Staff may also support business presentations, networking events, meetings and receptions. Work can be organized in shifts according to the opening hours and operational requirements of the business lounge.
