Their responsibilities may include regular cleaning, replenishing hygiene supplies, maintaining floors and surfaces, removing waste and responding to the operational needs of specific areas during opening hours. Due to the expected volume of visitors and the long duration of the event, cleaning operations may be organized through shifts and detailed schedules. Staff are expected to be reliable, responsible, discreet and able to follow established procedures. In an international working environment, basic communication and cooperation with supervisors, coordinators and other service teams are important. Engagements may be daily, shift-based and long-term.
