Koordinator smeštaja na EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA može biti angažovan za komunikaciju između hotela, organizatora, paviljona, delegacija i gostiju kojima je tokom EXPO perioda potreban smeštaj. Njegove aktivnosti mogu uključivati proveru rezervacija, komunikaciju sa hotelima, organizaciju dolazaka i odlazaka, rešavanje osnovnih pitanja gostiju i praćenje promena u rasporedu. Koordinator može biti posebno važan za međunarodne delegacije i VIP goste koji imaju unapred definisan program i potrebu za preciznom organizacijom. Kandidat treba da bude veoma organizovan, komunikativan, diskretan i sposoban da brzo reaguje na promene. Poznavanje engleskog jezika je veoma korisno, dok dodatni strani jezici mogu predstavljati prednost. Iskustvo u hotelijerstvu, turizmu, recepciji, event industriji ili radu sa međunarodnim gostima može biti značajno. Cilj ove pozicije je da komunikacija između hotela i EXPO organizacionog tima bude efikasna i da se eventualni problemi rešavaju brzo i profesionalno.

A Hotel Coordinator at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may support communication between hotels, organizers, pavilions, delegations and guests who require accommodation during the EXPO period. Responsibilities may include checking reservations, communicating with hotels, coordinating arrivals and departures, assisting with basic guest questions and monitoring schedule changes. The role can be particularly important for international delegations and VIP guests who have detailed programs and require well-organized accommodation arrangements. Candidates should be highly organized, communicative, discreet and able to respond quickly to changes. English language skills are highly useful, while additional languages can be an advantage. Previous experience in hotels, tourism, reception services, event management or working with international guests can be valuable. The purpose of the position is to maintain efficient communication between hotels and EXPO operational teams and to ensure that accommodation-related issues are handled quickly and professionally.
