DEDICATED CASTING FOR THE QATAR PAVILION
Agency SNOB can organize a dedicated casting specifically for the Qatar Pavilion, based on the official staffing brief, required number of personnel, working hours, responsibilities, language requirements and selection criteria.
The casting process may include:
CV Screening → Interview → Language Assessment → Communication Assessment → Professional Presentation Assessment → Shortlist → Final Selection → Staff Coordination
Casting can be organized in Belgrade, online or through a combined process.

TWO COOPERATION MODELS
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO STAFF
If the Qatar Pavilion prefers to pay the selected personnel directly, the client pays the engaged personnel directly.
Agency SNOB charges:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
This fee applies only to personnel who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
Candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged do not generate this daily agency fee.
This model provides the Qatar Pavilion with a transparent, flexible and cost-efficient staffing solution.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT
Agency SNOB can alternatively manage the complete staffing process:
Casting + Selection + Staffing + Coordination + Administrative Support
Under this model, the client pays the personnel costs together with the Agency SNOB commission.
The agency commission is higher because Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational, administrative and coordination responsibilities.
