Njegova uloga može uključivati koordinaciju hospitality osoblja, proveru rasporeda gostiju, komunikaciju sa protokolom, catering timom, obezbeđenjem i drugim službama. Koordinator treba da vodi računa da je prostor pripremljen, da osoblje zna svoje zadatke i da se potrebe gostiju proslede odgovarajućem timu. Kandidat treba da bude profesionalan, ljubazan, diskretan i veoma dobro organizovan. Poznavanje engleskog jezika može biti potrebno zbog međunarodnih gostiju. Iskustvo u hotelijerstvu, VIP hospitality sektoru, protokolu, restoranima ili organizaciji događaja može biti prednost. Ova pozicija zahteva dobru procenu situacije i sposobnost da se problemi rešavaju diskretno i brzo, bez ometanja gostiju. Rad može obuhvatati različite smene u zavisnosti od programa i radnog vremena VIP prostora.

A VIP Lounge Coordinator at EXPO 2027 BELGRADE SERBIA may be responsible for the daily operation of a dedicated area for VIP guests, business partners, delegations and invited visitors. Responsibilities can include coordinating hospitality staff, monitoring guest schedules and communicating with protocol, catering, security and other operational teams. The Coordinator should ensure that the lounge is properly prepared, that staff understand their responsibilities and that guest requests are directed to the appropriate department. Professionalism, friendliness, discretion and strong organizational skills are essential. English language skills may be required due to the international guest profile. Experience in hotels, VIP hospitality, protocol, restaurants or event management can be an advantage. The position requires good situational awareness and the ability to resolve issues quickly and discreetly without disrupting the guest experience. Working hours may include different shifts depending on the VIP lounge schedule and EXPO program.
