Casting can be organized in Belgrade, online or through a combination of both methods.
TWO FLEXIBLE COOPERATION MODELS
OPTION 1 – DIRECT PAYMENT TO SELECTED STAFF
European national pavilions may prefer to pay selected personnel directly.
Under this model:
The pavilion pays the selected personnel directly.
Agency SNOB charges:
EUR 10 PER PERSON / PER DAY
This fee applies only to personnel who are selected and actually engaged through Agency SNOB.
There is no daily agency fee for candidates who are not selected or who are ultimately not engaged.
This model offers a:

staffing structure.
It allows the pavilion to maintain direct control over staff remuneration while Agency SNOB provides the sourcing, casting and mediation service.
OPTION 2 – FULL STAFFING MANAGEMENT BY AGENCY SNOB
European pavilions can alternatively entrust Agency SNOB with the complete staffing process.
This can include:
Casting + Candidate Selection + Staffing + Staff Coordination + Administrative Support
Under this model, the client pays:
Staff Costs + Agency SNOB Commission
The agency commission is higher than under the direct-payment model because Agency SNOB assumes additional organizational, administrative and coordination responsibilities.
